Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a product from this store, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:

• All products are for personal use only. Products may not be reprinted, redistributed, or sold for commercial use.
• The maximum amount of physical bundles you can purchase in a single order is 3. If you wish to purchase 4 or more, please contact The Eternal’s mod team through Twitter or email ([email protected]) so we can invoice you with a proper shipping cost.
• If you purchase more than 3 bundles in a single order without having reached out to the mod team first, your order will be refunded.
• Our store does not collect VAT at checkout. Any VAT charges or customs fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
  
• All updates and announcements regarding the production and shipping process will be sent through email and posted on Twitter. We are not responsible for forgotten orders, missed deadlines, or expired tracking numbers. 

Shipping and delivery:

All products in this shop are on-hand and are leftover stock from our pre-orders. They will be shipped within 5-7 days of your purchase date. 

Orders will be shipped from the US. Delivery time can vary depending on the buyer’s location. There may be delays due to COVID-19.

All orders include tracking.

Digital items will only be sent out owithin 1-7 days of your order date. Both the main and side zines will have printing permissions locked behind a password so they cannot be printed at home. Digital zines will be sent from the email [email protected].

Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. The Eternal is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

All orders containing more than one bundle will have all bundles and items shipped together in the same shipment. If you wish for the bundles to be sent separately or each to a different address, please place separate orders.

Certain countries have shipping restrictions placed on them from the United States or internationally. If you place an order from a country that has restrictions placed on it by the time of shipment, you will be refunded your order in full.

Refunds and replacements:

Given the nature of leftover sales, refunds and replacements will not be offered for any reason other than there being a mistake on your order (such as an item being missing when it should have been included). Since this is leftover stock, we may be unable to offer a replacement if these items have been sold out or sent to the artists who made them, in which case, a refund would be given.

Please ensure that you leave the correct address at the time of ordering. We will be unable to resend your package if it gets returned to us, as the project will likely have concluded by that time and all zine funds will have either been distributed to contributors and/or donated. 

The Eternal reserves the right to refund or cancel any orders that do not follow the Terms and Conditions.
